Return and refund policy

Return Policy

At BlissX.ca, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the nature of our products and for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, except in the case of items that are damaged or defective upon delivery.

If your item arrives broken or faulty, you must contact us at blissxservice@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer a refund or replacement as per your preference.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns on any products, including:

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty or adult products)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

 

Refunds for Damaged Items Only

If your return request for a damaged item is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at blissxservice@gmail.com.
